Gallery Hotel is a rather distinct hotel with its grey building and colourful outlines and its see through swimming pool at the top. But it also booast of another attraction : Miharu.

Miharu serves Sapporo style Ramen and has been around since 2005. It was ranked one of the best ramen outlets in Singapore, way before the opening of Ramen King.

Steps inside, it will bring you to Japan with simple decoration.

Komi Tsuke-men ($13.50)

Dipping noodles with Citrus Soy Sauce Soup.

The soup is salty and tangy with the large slices of char siew inside. The noodles tastes very flavourful with the soup. The flavoured egg is a bit too salty on its own.

Pan Fried Dumpling with Perilla Leaf ($6.50)

When cut open, one will see a heart shaped shape leaf wrapped around the ball of minced meat. The leaf has a rather strong taste which reminds me of basil.

There is vinegar and soya sauce available on the table for one to dip the dumpling with. The skin of dumpling is very thin.

Total damages = $23.54
