Latteria Mozzarella Bar

My last restaurant week outing for this week. Latteria Mozzarella Bar is Singapore’s biggest mozzarella bar, offering an extensive selection of homemade Italian specialties. Been the first to arrive, we have a choice of tables between outside outdoor or indoor.

Take indoor as got air con and cute assorted tables and chairs. Outdoor abit too warm.

Pan-Seared Buffalo Milk Mozzarella wrapped in Parma Ham
A very great combination of the sweet Mozzarella and the salty ham.

Smoked Mozzarella Risotto
Very thick and big amount. Cannot finish. Tastes undercooked and tasteless.

Lamb Shank, Chickpeas & Red Wine Casserole
Very tender lamb meat.

Feel that the soup not hot and thick enough.

Red Wine Pear with Mascarpone Mousse
The pear is very soft and flavorful. The mousse is light in taste.

Ends the meal with a cup of hot tea. By the way the tea comes way before the dessert. I think we waited a good 10-15 mins before the dessert comes. Very noisy as the crowd grows. Service not attentive as there is once when one staff collects the plates and realizes my partner is half done.
