Attending Nee Soon GRC Lunar New Year Dinner 2013 at the jelutung. Poor arrangement. There are more than 300 tables for this dinner and someone has not done something to plan for temp carpark spaces without affecting nearby residents. Have a hard looking all over the place looking for a lot.

Prosperous Raw Fish Salad
I did not get a chance to taste this as I’m late.

Double Boiled Soup in Treasure Pot
A lot of stuffs but could not finish it.

Signature Salted Chicken
Not as salty as expected. Not expecting it to come with sauce. Unique.

Pin Si Prawn Roll
Too much pepper and flour.

Steamed Seabass
Oops where is the pomfret as stated in the menu? Just steamed fish in Cantonese style.

Fried Prawns with egg yolk paste
As the prawns are deshelled, they looked rather small.

Fried Rice with Preserved Meat Wrapped in Lotus Leaf
I wished the rice could be softer.

Healthy Bean Curd
Taste like the Lao Ban beancurd type., not the old fashion type. Waited a while for dessert. The staffs are rushing to pack up to go, hoping we will forget about the dessert. After repeated requests then finally arrived.
