The chicken has little meat, mostly bones. The cucumber is refreshing.

The pork tripe goes well with soup. From the paste, has to make pork balls myself.

Crab don’t have much meat. The paste has to made into balls yourselves.
Pie with potherb
Actually it is spring onion pancake.
But actually it is deep fried bun served with sweet milk.
Dessert : Ice jelly, Aloe Vera with honey
The aloe Vera is very refreshing. The ice jelly is a little too sweet.
