What’s become of the dish after tossing by everyone.
Shark’s fin soup
A bit rare these days cos everyone try to be environment friendly. Not much fin but cannot expect much for the price we are paying.
Braised dried seafood
Very soft which showed the dish has cooked for a long time.
Another rare dish, very crispy skin.
Steamed Pomfret Teochew Style
Feels not crispy and chunky enough.
Steamed Herbal Prawns
None of the herbs taste.
Braised Pork Belly with buns
Very soft with fats instantly melt in your mouth. Grandma like it very much and takeaway home for supper.
Mango pudding with longans. Seems to have come from cans and packets.
