A late Sunday brunch.
Our cups of tea
“Sou Mei” tea with wolfberry fruits ($1.20++), Blend of Jasmine tea with rose buds ($1.50++), “Pu Erh” Tea with chrysanthemum ($1.20++)
The “Pu Erh” Tea is abit too bitter for me. “Sou Mei” is better for me.
Steamed vermicelli roll with shredded mushroom and pork ($4.00++)
Light nutritious double boiled soup ($7.50++)
Someone remark that the serving seems to have reduced.
Spicy chicken feet with peanuts ($2.50++)
Does not taste like the usual dim sum version.
Pan fries turnip cake with Chinese sausage and dried shrimp ($1++/pc)
Crispy on one side only. Disappointed.
Golden fried pastry of preserved Beancurb flavored with chicken ($1.20++/pc)
Skin taste like mochi. Interesting.
With minced filling inside.
Steamed pork ribs with black beans ($2.50++)
The meat tastes fatty to me.
This month special ($13.80++) : Shark fin soup + Fried rice with diced scallop, shrimp & egg white
The soup is more like mushroom soup.
Mini durian pan cake with custard ($6.00++)
Smell nice of durian but tastes of custard. Weird.
Total damages : $52.50
