My last Restaurant Week Dinner of the year is this newly opened restaurant. It features creations of Armin Leitgeb, former chef of Les Amis restaurant.
The drink comes highly recommended by the server.
Rather weak in taste, although I can feel the effects afterwards.
SAUTEED PRAWNS, CROUTONS AND AUSTRIAN PUMPKIN SEED OIL
Served in a small pot. Thick and cream.
MUSSEL, HOMEMADE CHILI PASTE AND CHORIZO
Abit too spicy for pasta dish. Method used seem to be too Asian. The sausage meat is too finely minced.
CRISPY FRIED KUROBUTA PORK BELLY
POTATO ESPUMA, BRAISED CABBAGE AND CARAWAY JUS
The pork is well cooked but preferred it to come with a more crispy skin.
Overall the food is not bad, but served abit too fast. I estimated we finished less than an hour.
