Another nite of restaurant week, having international buffet at Global Kitchen of Pan Pacific Hotel, at $35++).
Place not crowded. Except for 2 large and noisy groups, the place is alright.
The salad bar section is not bad.
The sushi limited, only a plate displayed.
The cold seafood – crabs, oysters, prawns and salmon sashimi.
The smoked fish counter – little pancakes are made on the spot, top with slices of smoked fish and decorates with sour cream, chopped chives, chopped cooked egg and chopped onion.
Salmon with cream sauce.
Chocolate fondue and bread pudding.
