Have you made ice-cream yourself? Today attending an ice-cream making lesson.

Stirring the egg yolk & sugar until it turns pale yellow.

Cook the milk + flavouring until 80 degrees c.

Add the hot milk into the egg sugar mixture. Slowly while stirring the mixture so that the egg will not be cooked.

Cooks the mixture.

Stirs to cool the mixture.

Ready to pack into zip lock bags to be freeze. Double-bag the mixture.

Dry ice in the box to freeze the mixture.

Boxed up and shake the box.

The mixture is now harden.

The finished product of strawberry ice-cream, ready for tasting.
