Look for a place for dinner at Marina Square, decide to go Parco Marina Bay as I thought it should be less crowded. At Keisuke Tokyo, saw that there is newspaper cutting showing that it is Ramen Champion at Tokyo Ramen Championship 2011 in Japan, decided to try it.
When selecting your order, there is a paper for you to indicate your type of ramen, the saltness of the stock, hardness of the ramen and the fillings.
Kani Ramen ($15.80)
Ramen in thick crab stock, with ramen that looks like the lor mee’s mee. The soup and the noodle is very unqiue.
Premium Tonkotsu Ramen ($14.80)
Thin ramen in pork stock, with minced spicy chicken (the orange part) and cheese (the yellow part).Very thick soup but not overpowered by the cheese. Note that there is no egg in this, you to add $2 for the egg.
Green Tea ice-cream and Black sesame ice-cream (come FOC with each order of Ramen)
The black dots in the black ice-cream are sesame seeds, unusual but natural taste.
