Booked a table for lunch to celebrate grandmother’s birthday.

Luckily got booking, the queue outside the restaurant is real long.


The assorted variety of dim sum.

Just order from the various pushcarts that are moving about.


Braised Shark’s Fin with Crabmeat Superior Stock 上汤蟹肉鱼翅


Swatow Cold Dish Combination 汕头大拼盘

The centre dish is Braised Sliced Goose Meat in Teochew style 潮州卤鹅片
with bean curb underneath. There is also Crispy Pork Liver Roll 干炸肝花.


Steamed Fish  in Teochew Style


Steamed Prawns.


Roasted Chicken

Like crispy cuttlefish on top of it.


Shrimp Bomb from the push cart.


Stir-fried vegetable

A unique combination with ginko nuts, lily bulbs, snow peas, celery, black fungus and crispy lotus roots.


Xiao Long Bao (Mini pork bun with crabmeat)

The skin breaks too easily that I fails to drink the soup in the bun.


Fried Teochew “Mee Swa” with Shredded Meat 潮州炒面线


Sweet Yam Paste with Pumpkin and Gingko Nuts (Or Nee)金瓜白果芋泥

Some feel it is too oily, its Ok for me but would like it to go with some milk.
